Return Eligibility

You have the right to return products within 90 days after the arrival of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in NEW condition (unopened and in original packaging).
  • Must be unworn or unused with tags attached.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if there are traces of use.

Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Costs

The actual return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies to both dissatisfied products and products received with defects.

Most packages include return labels in the box. If you do not find a return label, please email us, and we will send it to you digitally. You can then print the label and include it in your return package.

Refund Process

Once we have received and verified your return, you will receive your refund within 10 business days using the payment method you used when placing your order.
